Drowning Prevention Auckland (DPA), a charity with the vision to have an Auckland free from drowning, was hitting a ceiling. Despite their tireless work, the leadership team felt a lack of clarity and direction. They knew disparate systems and a lack of a single source of truth were preventing growth, but they couldn't agree on a unified solution.
Having been "burnt by a couple of IT consultants who spoke in jargon," DPA's Chief Executive, Nicola Keen-Biggelaar, was looking for a trustworthy advisor who could provide a clear path forward without the technical jargon
To solve this, we completed a Technology Strategic Review that involved deep-dive interviews with the entire leadership team. Our approach didn't just look at the technology they were using; we focused on their business goals to build a unified and actionable strategic plan.
We explored everything from existing systems and their integration to pain points among staff and the rules of engagement for their processes. The goal was to provide a clear roadmap that would remove the guesswork
