  • Post-Incident Review: Analysing recent major incidents to ensure root cause understanding, assess response effectiveness, and provide recommendations for preventing future incidents. This includes a presentation of findings and a Q&A session.
  • Incident Response Planning: Developing a customized incident response plan, including identification of potential threats, response strategies, and recovery procedures. This service also includes staff training on effective incident response.
